Digital Arts / Process

Let’s talk, we’re excellent listeners. Getting to know you is critical to the process. Your lifestyle, expectations, past experiences and future aspirations will shape the system we ultimately create for you. We’ll discuss how you live, work, entertain and relax. We’ll discuss budget, time and logistical constraints and how to work within all. And of course, you’ll learn about us and our company’s rich 25 year history. It’ll be the beginning of this beautiful relationship.

Our systems are expertly planned, designed and documented. Drawings will be the roadmap and reference for installation, programming and future maintenance.

100% of our Crestron and RTI programming is done “in-house” by certified programmers… no sub-contractors, so nothing gets lost in translation. User interface ease of use is priority #1. We pride ourselves and creating learning-curve free interfaces. If we need to teach you how to use your system, then we aren’t doing our job.

An essential function to the success of any project is how it is managed. The behind the scenes coordination, collaboration and logistics is part of what distinguishes a Digital Arts project.

Our team of seasoned and certified installers will provide that your system is wired and installed right the first time, ensuring years of reliable enjoyment.

Customer for Life

All new Digital Arts systems, whether abroad or right in our South Florida backyard are designed with remote diagnostic capabilities, making maintenance and troubleshooting quick and painless. Great service and maintenance is a hallmark of our success, which is why our clients will typically invite us to work on their vacation homes and yachts. Our very first client in 1993, is still a valued customer today and that’s what we strive to achieve.

And like you,
we know great design.

We’ll work closely with your team to be sure that our technologies blend seamlessly.
We’ve used Digital Arts on multiple projects nationwide and wouldn’t consider using anyone but Abel and his team.
